  • SLA Enhancements: Now there is a specific tab for service within System Settings. CRM 2015 allows SLAs to be paused based upon the Status Reason. All the Previously created SLAs will be considered standard SLAs and the new SLAs created in CRM 2015 will be considered Enhanced. The Enhanced SLAs will be eligible to use this feature.
